Event space rentals start at $650 per day, providing access to the entire facility from 6 AM to 10 PM. This comprehensive package ensures you can make full use of our venue to create a memorable event.

Picnic Table Rentals
We offer 14 picnic tables available for rent at a daily rate of $45 per table, available from 6 AM to 10 PM.

When you rent a picnic table with us, you enjoy a unique advantage: unlike other locations in Townsend or the Great Smoky Mountain National Park, where your table might be lost if you leave, our tables remain reserved for you throughout the entire day. You can come and go as you please, knowing your table will be waiting for you.
